Since VPSFlames beginning in 2016 we're devoted to provide awesome hosting with great support. We have until now suceeded. Since 2018, we are offering our own dedicated server range. This is for the users who need more power then a VPS can handle. We own our facility in Denmark, with all servers housed. With 24/7/365 support, we are certain you will be happy with our services. Owned hardware? What do you mean by that?

VPSFlame owns the majority of its hardware. These are either located at our own centre or colocated.

Where does VPSFlame operate?

VPSFlame operates all around the world. Our seat is found in Denmark.

Which payment methods do you support?

We support direct credit card or PayPal. You may send a direct wire transfer from your bank account to ours too.

I have paid my invoice, what now?

Will my server be hosted on HDD or SSD's?

This is depends on what location is used for your server. For more information about this, consult support!

What about my credit card information?

We do not store any kind of creditcard information. If you choose to pay via direct CC, your card information will be saved at Stripe inc. These will be encrypted and only managed y Stripe.
